目的:通过对惠阳三和医院结肠癌腹腔镜手术患者进行对照研究,探讨加速康复外科护理(FTS)在结肠腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选择惠阳三和医院2013年1月至2016年1月结肠癌手术患者,90例,随机分组为观察组和对照组,各组为45例,对照组按照常规给予患者进行护理,观察组采用FTS进行干预。观察和比较两组患者的住院时间、治疗费用、术后并发症发生情况以及护理满意度。结果:(1)与对照组对比,观察组住院时间明显更短,治疗费用明显更少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)与对照组(20%)对比,观察组术后并发症发生率(6.67%)明显更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(3)与对照组(77.78%)对比,观察组护理满意度(95.56%)明显更高,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用FTS对结肠癌腹腔镜手术患者进行护理具有显著的效果,有利于缩短治疗时间,减少治疗费用,提高护理满意度,减少术后并发症的发生,提高护理的安全性。
Objective: To compare the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgical care (FTS) in patients undergoing colon laparoscopic surgery through laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery in Huiyang Sanhe Hospital. Methods: Ninety patients with colon cancer who underwent surgery in Huiyang Sanhe Hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given routine nursing care and observation group FTS intervention. The length of hospital stay, treatment costs, postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: (1) Compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly shorter length of hospital stay and significantly lower cost of treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). (2) Compared with the control group (20%), the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group (6.67%) was significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). (3) Compared with the control group (77.78%), the nursing satisfaction (95.56%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: FTS has significant effect on the nursing of patients with colon cancer undergoing laparoscopic surgery, which will help to shorten the treatment time, reduce the treatment cost, improve the nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the safety of nursing.
