目的探讨断面与MRI纹状体的变化规律及其意义。方法利用31例成人头部横断面标本及50例活体MRI扫描,观测纹状体及其相关结构,所得数据进行标准化处理。结果断面标本纹状体面积存在性差(女性>男性);MRI成像显示纹状体面积无性差,苍白球面积存在侧差(左>右)。纹状体及其相关结构的数值在断面与MRI上表现趋势基本一致。在断面与MRI上端脑面积与纹状体面积呈正相关;尾状核头面积在断面上与背侧丘脑面积呈负相关,在MRI上与壳核面积呈负相关;侧脑室前角的距离在断面上与壳面积呈负相关,在MRI上与尾状核头面积呈正相关。结论 MRI可较好地反映纹状体及其相关结构的情况;纹状体相邻结构的变化可作为研究其形态变化的参考指标;数据标准化可有效排除个体差异的干扰。
Objective To investigate the changes and significance of cross-section and MRI striatum. Methods 31 adult head cross-sectional specimens and 50 living MRI scans were used to observe the striatum and its related structures. The data were normalized. Results The presence of coronal striatum in the cross-sectional specimens was poor (female> male). MRI showed no difference in the area of the striatum and a slight difference in the globus pallidus (left> right). The number of striatum and its related structures showed the same trend in section and MRI. There was a positive correlation between the area of the cerebrum and the area of the striatum in the section and the MRI. The area of the caudate nucleus was negatively correlated with the area of the dorsal thalamus in the section and negatively correlated with the size of the putamen in MRI. The distance between the anterior horn of the lateral ventricle was The cross-sectional area was negatively correlated with the area of the shell and positively correlated with the size of the caudate nucleus on MRI. Conclusion MRI can better reflect the situation of striatum and its related structures. The changes of adjacent structures of striatum can be used as a reference index to study its morphological changes. Data standardization can effectively eliminate the interference of individual differences.
