目的探讨全数字化摄影计算机图像后处理反色技术对小儿的心影后疾病诊断价值。方法搜集2008年1月~2008年12月门诊行胸片检查的136例0~9岁小儿作为研究对象,进行前后位常规胸片检查。比较常规胸片与运用反色技术处理得到的黑白反转片中心影后肺部气管、血管、肋骨、胸椎显示清晰情况。结果全数字化摄影检查患者所受辐射剂量及费用明显低于普通CT检查。黑白反色技术不增加患者所受辐射剂量及费用,而兼有普通透视的图像特点,在136例观察对象中,运用反色技术比普通胸片能够更清晰的显示心影后肺部气管及血管、肋骨、胸椎等结构。结论全数字化摄影反色技术对小儿心影后结构显示明显优于常规胸片,使一次摄影得到拍片、透视和冠状位类CT三种检查效果,拥有广泛的应用前景。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of full digital photogrammetry computer image processing anti-color technology in pediatric post-psychocardiographic diseases. Methods From January 2008 to December 2008, 136 cases of children aged 0-9 years undergoing chest radiography were enrolled in this study. Comparison of conventional chest and anti-color technology used to deal with the black and white reversal film center after the lungs trachea, blood vessels, ribs, thoracic showed a clear situation. Results All-digital photographic examination of patients exposed to radiation doses and costs significantly lower than the average CT examination. Black and white anti-color technology does not increase the patient’s radiation dose and cost, but both the general perspective of the image features, in 136 cases of observation, the use of anti-color technology can be more clearly than the ordinary chest X-ray after the tracheal and Blood vessels, ribs, thoracic structures. Conclusion All digital photography anti-color technology shows superiority of post-cardiac structure in pediatric patients compared with conventional chest radiography. It can make three kinds of examination results of film, fluoroscopy and coronal CT in one photography and has wide application prospect.
