针对收缩率计算过程中叶片模型截面上不同结构特征的识别问题,以壁厚作为媒介,阈值法为基础,研究壁厚分布特征,并提出了导数阈值法和三角形面积法对结构特征进行识别的方法。针对仿真模型数据择优算法,对比CAD模型数据将识别后的壁厚取点测量,证明采用三角型面积法能够合理并完整的实现结构特征识别。
Aiming at the identification of different structural features on the cross section of the blade model in the process of shrinkage calculation, the wall thickness distribution is studied based on the wall thickness and the threshold method. The derivative threshold method and triangular area method are also proposed to identify the structural features method. According to the optimization algorithm of simulation model data, the measured wall thickness is compared with the CAD model data, which proves that the triangular area method can reasonably and completely realize the structural feature recognition.
