The article expounds the background and characteristics of the emergence of Discipline Information Portal, points out the basic role of Discipline Information Organization in the construction of Discipline Portal, analyzes the connotation, requirements, process, methods and techniques of Discipline Information Portal information organization. Combining with the Hedong Cultural Topic Portal The construction elaborated the concrete method, thought that the discipline portal construction should pay attention to the open thinking and the standardization construction.
