1998年我市先后发生3起放射源丢失事故,皆为被盗。事故发生的单位分别是,我市所辖的3个县市级的水泥厂,其中两个乡镇办的水泥厂。 事故1 蓬莱市某水泥厂,1993年购进两套料位自动控制仪,带有~(137)C(~(137)铯)放射源2枚,活度均为1.11×10~7Bq贝克(放射性强度单位)。1997年底在维修该设备时,将源缸卸下,放在车间的一角落处。该厂停产放假期间,长期无人看管,于1998年3月4日发现放射源被盗一个。经卫生、公安部门积极组织
