本文对1998~1999年度餐饮旅店从业人员健康体检进行了统计分析。分析结果表明:从业人员阳性检出率为21.9%,查出同时有两项HbaAg,HBeAg的有281人,检出率2.5%。HAV甲型肝炎病毒IgG免疫球蛋白G阴性人员1684人,检出率14.96%。说明从业人员人群中HAV lgG抗体水平偏低。再者,从业人员的受检率,阳性检出率在地区、工种、年龄等方面有所差异,提示卫生监督工作要有所侧重面。
This article conducted a statistical analysis on the health examination of catering hotel workers from 1998 to 1999. The analysis showed that: the positive rate of practitioners was 21.9%, and there were 281 cases of two HBeAg and HBeAg, the detection rate was 2.5%. HAV hepatitis A virus IgG immunoglobulin G negative staff 1684 people, the detection rate of 14.96%. This shows that the level of HAV lgG antibody in the working population is low. In addition, the detection rate of employees, the positive detection rate in the area, type of work, age and other differences, suggesting that health supervision should be focused on the surface.
