目的研究反复熔铸对镍铬烤瓷合金表面粗糙度、表面自由能等表面性能的影响。方法在真空加压氩气保护条件下,将镍铬烤瓷合金分别经过1~5次熔铸制成方形试件,一面暴露作为测试面,其余表面用树脂包埋,测试面抛光成镜面,测量各试件的表面粗糙度和表面自由能,并确保各试件表面粗糙度无明显区别。然后浸泡于pH 6.8人工唾液中37℃保存3个月,浸泡后再测量各试件表面粗糙度及表面自由能。结果Ⅰ~Ⅴ代镍铬烤瓷合金表面粗糙度没有显著差异;Ⅰ、Ⅱ代镍铬烤瓷合金表面能没有显著差异,Ⅲ~Ⅴ代较Ⅰ代表面能增大并有显著意义。结论在氩气保护真空加压铸造环境中,在不添加新合金情况下,镍铬烤瓷合金经过2~5次熔铸后,表面粗糙度无明显增加,经2次熔铸合金表面自由能无明显差异,经过3~5次熔铸合金表面自由能显著增加。
Objective To study the effect of repeated casting on the surface properties, such as surface roughness, surface free energy and so on. Methods Under the conditions of argon and argon under vacuum pressure, the Ni-Cr ceramic alloy was cast into square specimens after one to five times of casting respectively. One side was exposed as the test surface, the other surface was embedded with resin, the test surface was polished into a mirror surface, Each specimen surface roughness and surface free energy, and ensure that no significant difference between the surface roughness of the specimen. Then immersed in pH 6.8 artificial saliva and stored for 3 months at 37 ℃. After soaking, the surface roughness and surface free energy of each specimen were measured. Results There was no significant difference in the surface roughness of Ni-Cr porcelain alloys from Ⅰ to Ⅴ. The surface energy of Ni-Cr porcelain alloys of Ⅰ and Ⅱ generation had no significant difference. The surface energy of Ⅲ ~ Ⅴ generation was significantly larger than that of Ⅰ. Conclusions In the case of argon vacuum vacuum casting, without adding new alloy, the surface roughness of NiCr alloy did not increase obviously after 2 to 5 times of casting, and the surface free energy of the 2 times cast alloy was not obvious Differences, after 3 to 5 times the surface free energy of the cast alloy increased significantly.
