8月12日,山东口岸酝酿已久的“三检合一”在正式实施,原山东进出口商品检验局、原青岛动植物检疫局和原青岛卫生检疫局在青岛合并组建成为中华人民共和国山东出入境检验检疫局(简称山东检验检疫局)。山东省委副书记、常务副省长宋法棠、山东省委常委、青岛市委书记张惠来出席成立大会并为新机构揭牌。山东省人大常委会副主任李文全,山东省政协副主席汪峡等省市有关部门负责人及原山东“三检”近600名干部职工参加了成立大会。
On August 12, the long-awaited three-in-one inspection at Shandong port was officially implemented. The former Shandong Import and Export Commodity Inspection Bureau, the former Qingdao Animal and Plant Quarantine Bureau and the former Qingdao Health and Quarantine Bureau were merged and established in Qingdao as the People’s Republic of China Shandong Exit Inspection and Quarantine (Shandong Inspection and Quarantine Bureau). Song Fa Tang, deputy secretary of Shandong Provincial Party Committee and vice governor of Shandong Province, Zhang Huilai, member of Standing Committee of Shandong Provincial Party Committee and secretary of Qingdao Municipal Party Committee attended the inaugural meeting and unveiled the new institution. Li Wenquan, deputy director of Shandong Provincial People’s Congress, Wang Xia, vice chairman of CPPCC Shandong Province, and other relevant departments and heads of Shandong Province and “Sanjian” nearly 600 cadres and workers attended the inaugural meeting.
