国有股减持是我国经济生活中的一件大事,事关改革、发展和稳定的大局,必须严密论证,审时度势,科学决策。从目前看,实施大规模国有股减持的基本前提和法律基础尚不具备,需要积极准备以尽快创造确保国有股减持成功实施的必要条件。
The reduction of state-owned shares is a major event in our economic life and relates to the overall situation of reform, development and stability. We must rigorously demonstrate, assess the situation and make scientific decisions. At present, the basic premise and legal basis for the implementation of large-scale reduction of state-owned shares are not yet available. We need to actively prepare for the necessary conditions for the successful implementation of the reduction of state-owned shares as soon as possible.
