今年“两会”期间,各界人士均对创业板给予了高度关注。证监会主席周小川表示,创业板的出台还是要看准备工作做得怎样,时机成熟时将适时推出:经济学家萧灼基说,当前建立创业板的条件已经成熟,应尽快出台;新任科技部部长徐冠华近期也明确表示,希望创业板更快推出,以促进高科技产业发展:中国社会科学院经济研究所研究员董辅礽则进一步称,创业板早开比晚开好。各方人士都认为创业板推出“时不我待”。但据证监会首席顾问梁定邦的预测,创业板的推出最早也在今年9月,也许创业板只能在收获的季节里播种了。

The new Minister of Science and Technology Xu Guanhua recently also made it clear that he hopes GEM will be launched soon in order to promote the development of high-tech industries: China Academy of Social Sciences Institute of Economics researcher Dong Fuyi further said that the GEM started earlier than the evening. All parties believe that the GEM launch “not wait ”. However, according to forecasts of the Securities and Futures Commission Chief Consultant, Leung, the GEM was launched as early as September this year and perhaps the GEM can only be sown during the harvest season.
