高师生的职业情感对于他们将来的职业素质和职业行为会产生深远的影响,因此,培养高师生良好的职业情感有着重要意义。本文从培养职业情感的系统性和长期性,教育类和专业类课程的作用及改革实践教学四个方面,探讨了培养高师生职业情感应注意的问题。
The professional emotions of teachers and students have a far-reaching impact on their future professional quality and professional behavior. Therefore, it is of great significance to train good teachers and students in good professional feelings. This article discusses the problems that should be paid attention to in cultivating the professional emotion of higher teachers and students from the aspects of cultivating the systematic and long-term nature of professional emotion, the function of education and professional courses and the reform of practical teaching.
