Popular Science, 1992 Issue 11, by Robert Langeles, wrote an article entitled “The Science of Making Money,” reporting that some researchers are currently studying how chaos can be used in the marketplace - especially Stock market problems. Are there any models hidden in the wildly turbulent stock market turmoil? To explore the issue, six physicists from the University of Illinois, the University of California and Los Alamos National Laboratory have created a Prediction Company. They challenge the economic doctrine and attempt to predict the fluctuation of the stock with emerging chaos.
