黔江县城是四川省东南部土家族、苗族自治县的一个2万多人口的小城镇。四川省决定以川东南的黔江、彭水、酉阳、秀山、石柱五个土家族、苗族自治县的范围为基础,成立土家族、苗族自治州,州治拟设在黔江县城,已报国务院审批。黔江县城作为州治所在地,经济建设和城市建设必将有较快的发展。按照涪陵地区建委的建议,由黔江县建委委托我们承担了规划设计任务,包括州治的城市总体规划,州府建设地区的详细规划和州府的主要建筑与若干公共建筑的设计方案。本文就城市现状进行了分析研究;对规划原则做了探讨;对城市总体布局的一些主要问题进行了阐述。
Lujiang County is a small town with a population of more than 20,000 in Tujia and Miao Autonomous County in southeastern Sichuan Province. Sichuan Province decided to set up Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture based on the ranges of the Tujia, Miao, Shizhu and Tujia and Miao Autonomous Counties southeast of Sichuan. The state administration is planned to be established in the Lancang County and has been reported to the State Council for approval. As the seat of the state government, Minjiang County will have a relatively rapid development in economic construction and urban construction. According to the recommendations of the Fuling Regional Construction Committee, the Lancang County Construction Commission entrusted us with the planning and design tasks, including the state master plan for the city, the detailed planning for the state-building district, and the design of the main buildings of the state capital and several public buildings. This article analyzes and studies the status quo of the city, discusses the planning principles, and explains some of the major problems in the overall layout of the city.
