汽轮机汽缸结合面漏汽缺陷,采用以涂镀技术为主的综合性检修工艺处理,可避免以往的检修方法可能引起的汽缸内腔失圆和变形等不良后果。一系列试验研究表明,用金属镍涂镀层修补汽缸结合面,具有工艺简单灵活、结合强度高、综合性能好等优点。经该工艺修复的汽缸投运后,漏汽基本消除,机组的安全经济性得到提高。本文较详细地介绍了这一工艺方法的特点及主要工艺环节和措施,并给出了典型的应用实例。
Turbine cylinder joint surface leakage defects, the use of coating technology-based comprehensive maintenance process to avoid the previous maintenance methods may cause cylinder failure and deformation of the cylinder and other adverse consequences. A series of experimental studies have shown that repairing the cylinder bonding surface with metallic nickel coating has the advantages of simple and flexible process, high bonding strength and good overall performance. After the process of repairing the cylinder put into operation, the basic elimination of steam leakage, the unit's safety and economy has been improved. This paper describes in more detail the characteristics of the process and the main processes and measures, and gives a typical application examples.
