再生基因4(regenerating geneⅣ,RegⅣ或REGⅣ)是再生基因家族的一名新成员,其主要生物学功能包括促进组织再生、增殖,抗凋亡等。研究发现RegⅣ在消化道肿瘤特异性高表达,可能是消化道肿瘤早期诊断和疗效评估的一个新的生物标志物。
The regenerating gene 4 (RegⅣ or REGⅣ) is a new member of the regenerative gene family whose main biological functions include promoting tissue regeneration, proliferation, anti-apoptosis and the like. The study found that RegⅣ is highly expressed in gastrointestinal tumors, which may be a new biomarker for early diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of gastrointestinal tumors.
