获得国家正式批准成立的合资旅行社——广州康泰国际旅行社于去年11月挂牌试营业。这是中国自颁布《中外合资旅行社管理条例》后成立的中国内地第一家合资旅行社。新成立的合资旅行社是由广州广之旅国际旅行社和香港康泰旅行社合资创办的,其经营范围包括:入境游、国内游、代订机票车票船票、代订酒店等旅游业务。香港康泰旅行社在香港旅游业经营了30多年,在港澳和新加坡拥有36间分社,业务遍及世界各地,其年营业额达到20多亿港元。
Access to the state formally approved the establishment of a joint venture travel agency - Guangzhou Hong Thai International Travel Service listed in November last year, trial operation. This is the first joint-venture travel agency in mainland China since the promulgation of the “Administrative Rules on Sino-Foreign Joint Ventures Travel Agency”. The newly established joint venture travel agency is a joint venture between Guangzhou Guangzhilv International Travel Service and Hong Kong Kangtai Travel Agency. Its business scope includes: inbound tour, domestic tour, ticket booking on behalf of tickets, booking of hotels and other travel services. Hong Kong Kangtai travel operators in the tourism industry in Hong Kong for more than 30 years in Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore has 36 branches and operations all over the world, with an annual turnover of more than 20 billion Hong Kong dollars.
