目的应用动态浊度法鲎实验定量测定复方甘油溶液中细菌内毒素含量。方法通过干扰实验确定样品检测浓度,并建立标准曲线对样品进行细菌内毒素定量测定。结果至少40倍稀释样品时,对鲎实验检查无干扰作用,细菌内毒素回收率在50~200%范围内。样品中的内毒素含量可定量测定。实验结果与凝胶法测定结果吻合。结论动态浊度法可用于复方甘油溶液中细菌内毒素定量检测。
Objective To determine the bacterial endotoxin content in compound glycerol solution by dynamic nephelometry. Methods Confirmed the concentration of the sample by interference experiment and established a standard curve for the quantitative determination of bacterial endotoxin. Results At least 40-fold dilution of the sample showed no interference with 鲎 test, and bacterial endotoxin recovery was in the range of 50-200%. Endotoxin content in the sample can be quantitatively determined. The experimental results are in good agreement with the gel method. Conclusion The dynamic turbidity method can be used for quantitative detection of bacterial endotoxin in compound glycerol solution.
