资金、技术和市场是制约贫困地区县域经济发展的三大要素。招商引资可以解决困扰贫困山区县域经济发展的四大难题:(1)贫困地区财政困难,难以支持县域经济发展的难题;(2)人才匮乏,技术落后制约县域经济发展的难题;(3)本土企业难以独立承担起县域经济发展的重任难题,(4)缺市场少品牌,资源优势难以转化为经济优势的难题。贫困地区的招商引资重要的是把资金、技术、市场有机结合,只有这样才能发挥资源、资产和环境等优势。
Funds, technologies and markets are the three major constraints on the economic development in counties in poor areas.
