本文对３０例肝硬化失代偿期患者外周血ｍＩＬ－２Ｒ表达及ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ含量进行研究，并与３０例正常人对照比较，结果表明肝硬化患者的ｍＩＬ－２Ｒ表达阳性率较正常为低（Ｐ＜０．０５），而ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ含量则显著高于正常对照（Ｐ＜０．０１）。显示肝硬化患者机体免疫功

本文对３０例肝硬化失代偿期患者外周血ｍＩＬ－２Ｒ表达及ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ含量进行研究，并与３０例正常人对照比较，结果表明肝硬化患者的ｍＩＬ－２Ｒ表达阳性率较正常为低（Ｐ＜０．０５），而ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ含量则显著高于正常对照（Ｐ＜０．０１）。显示肝硬化患者机体免疫功能低下，外周血ＩＬ－２Ｒ检测是肝硬化患者临床免疫监测的可靠指标。
In this paper, 30 cases of decompensated liver cirrhosis patients with mIL-2R expression and sIL-2R content were studied and compared with 30 normal controls, the results showed that patients with cirrhosis of the mIL-2R expression was lower than normal (P <0.05), while the sIL-2R content was significantly higher than the normal control (P <0.01). Immunological function of patients with liver cirrhosis is poor, IL-2R in peripheral blood is a reliable indicator of clinical immune surveillance in patients with cirrhosis.
