在CFU_c体外琼脂培养中,CSF(细胞集落生成刺激因子)是一个重要因素。只有在它的作用下,CFC_c才能增殖、分化,生长成为细胞集落。 CSF来源广泛,存在于人的尿液和血清中,也存在于人的白细胞、骨髓细胞、肌肉、肾、胎盘和癌细胞等条件培养液中。实际工作中人们希望选用活力较强的CSF,对此,文献报告不一。此外CFU_c产率波动较大,影响因素甚多。我们在相同的实验条件下,比较了不同来源的CSF刺激活力,对影响CFU_c产率的因素进行了分析。
CSF (colony stimulating factor) is an important factor in the in vitro CFU-c agar culture. Only in its role, CFC_c can proliferate, differentiate, and grow into cell colonies. CSF has a wide range of sources, exists in human urine and serum, also exists in human leukocytes, bone marrow cells, muscle, kidney, placenta and cancer cells and other conditioned medium. In actual work, people want to choose a more viable CSF, for which the literature reports vary. In addition CFU_c yield fluctuations, affecting many factors. Under the same experimental conditions, we compared CSF stimulating activity from different sources and analyzed the factors influencing the yield of CFU-c.
