截止2003年9月底,全国通乡公路完成投资92亿元,占年初计划的52.6%,完成年初计划比例60%以上的有吉林、河北、黑龙江3个省。通村公路完成投资36.5亿元,占年初计划的44.8%。辽宁、福建、山东和广东分别完成年初计划为96.7%,64.2%、57%和28.9%。农村公路通达工程完成投资27.5亿元,占年初计划的53%,完成年初计划比例8O%以上和有广东、宁夏、吉林、辽宁、内蒙古、西藏、甘肃、湖北8个省区。面对我国农村公路建设取得的阶段性成果和存在的问题,本刊记者在沈阳采访了参加交通部农村公路示范工程绎验交流会的李彦武副司长。
As of the end of September 2003, the national toll road completed a total investment of 9.2 billion yuan, accounting for 52.6% of the plan at the beginning of the year.
