孕素Ⅰ号(甲地孕醇环戊烷丙酸酯)是上海第十二制药厂合成研制的。我院自1977年5月～1980年11月共用复方孕素Ⅰ号长效避孕片于132例已婚育龄妇女,共441个月经周期。在441个周期中,失败者仅一个周期,避孕有效率为99.8％。
Progesterone Ⅰ (megestrol cyclopentane propionate) is the twelfth pharmaceutical company in Shanghai developed. Our hospital from May 1977 to November 1980 sharing compound progestin Ⅰ long-acting contraceptives in 132 married women of childbearing age, a total of 441 menstrual cycles. In 441 cycles, losers only had one cycle, and contraceptive effectiveness was 99.8%.
