病历摘要秦××、女24岁.因产后70天,下腹痛伴发烧1月余,于1981年11月23日首次入院。患者于70天前足月顺产一男婴,胎盘娩出顺利,流血不多。产后阴道流血20天,量不多,但一直感觉下腹持续性隐痛,有时发冷发烧,未测体温。于产后27天,下腹痛疼加重,并伴腹泻,当地公社医院诊断为“肠炎”,服阿托品等药物好转。产后40天腹痛
