目的 :研究肾透明细胞白细胞介素 1β转移酶 (interleukinlβ converting enzyme,ICE)的表达情况 ,探讨它在肾细胞癌 (RCC)细胞凋亡中的作用机制。方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法检测 41例肾透明细胞癌组织和 2 1例癌旁正常肾组织的 ICE表达 ,对 3例阳性细胞含量大于 10 %的肾癌组织进行 ICE和 TU NEL复染。结果 :ICE均为细胞质表达。正常肾组织阳性细胞含量为 5 9.8% ,肾透明细胞癌组织阳性细胞含量为 10 .4% ,二者差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;肿瘤组织的 ICE表达随病理分级的增高而降低。 ICE和 TUNEL复染显示二者不具有一致性。结论 :ICE在 RCC细胞凋亡早期发挥作用 ,与 RCC的发生、发展有关
OBJECTIVE: To study the expression of interleukin 1β converting enzyme (ICE) in renal clear cell and to explore its mechanism in the apoptosis of renal cell carcinoma (RCC). Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect ICE expression in 41 cases of renal clear cell carcinoma and 21 cases of adjacent normal renal tissue. ICE and TU NEL staining were performed in 3 cases of renal carcinoma with more than 10% positive cells. Results: ICE were cytoplasmic expression. The positive cell content in normal renal tissue was 5.8% and the positive cell in renal clear cell carcinoma tissue was 10.4%, the difference was significant (P <0.01). The expression of ICE in tumor tissue was positively correlated with pathological grade Increase and decrease. ICE and TUNEL counterstain showed no consistency between the two. Conclusion: ICE plays an important role in early stage of RCC cell apoptosis, which is related to the occurrence and development of RCC
