目的研究飞行员骨矿物质含量与腰腿痛的关系,为病因探讨、诊断、医学鉴定及防治提供参考依据。方法采用BMD-400E型骨矿分析仪对120例男性腰腿痛飞行员及189名健康飞行员进行检测,所得数据按年龄及有无骨质增生分组后,对应比较,并经SAS统计软件处理。结果腰腿痛组的骨矿含量较对照组明显降低(P<0.01),其中30~39岁组、40岁及以上组下降最为明显(P<0.05)。腰腿痛组的骨矿物质含量正常与基本正常者(38.8%)明显低于对照组(66.2%),而骨矿含量减少者及严重减少者(60.8%)较对照组(33.84%)明显增加(P<0.01)。骨质增生组的骨矿含量较对照组明显降低(P<0.01)。其中30~39岁组及20~29岁组下降最为显著(P<0.05)。结论腰腿痛发病与骨矿含量降低有相关性,可能是导致飞行员慢性腰腿痛的重要病因之一,在诊治中不应忽视骨矿含量下降甚至骨质疏松的存在。应充分关注飞行人员骨矿含量下降的现状,给予长期综合有效的医学干预及监测,对于防治腰腿痛等相关疾病具有十分重要的现实意义。
Objective To study the relationship between bone mineral content of pilots and low back pain, and to provide reference for the etiological exploration, diagnosis, medical identification and prevention. Methods 120 BMD pilots and 189 healthy pilots were tested by BMD-400E bone mineral analyzer. The data were grouped according to their age and presence or absence of bone hyperplasia, then compared with each other and processed by SAS statistical software. Results The bone mineral content of low back and leg pain group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.01). The most significant decrease was seen in the age group of 30-39 years, 40 years old and above (P <0.05). Bone mineral content in low back and leg pain group was significantly lower than that in control group (38.8% vs 66.2%), while those with decreased bone mineral content and severe decrease (60.8%) were lower than those in control group Group (33.84%) increased significantly (P <0.01). Bone mineral content in osteoproliferative group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.01). Among 30 to 39 years old group and 20 to 29 years old group decreased most significantly (P <0.05). Conclusions The incidence of low back pain is related to the decrease of bone mineral content, which may be one of the important causes of chronic low back pain in pilots. The decrease of bone mineral content and even osteoporosis should not be neglected in the diagnosis and treatment. Should pay full attention to the current situation of the decline of bone mineral content of pilots, to provide comprehensive and effective medical intervention and monitoring for the prevention and treatment of low back pain and other related diseases has very important practical significance.
