北京市经济管理干部学院和北京市侨办于11月10日至13日联合举办了为期四天的“领导艺术研讨班”。三十多位北京市大中型企业的厂长参加了研讨活动。美国三艾公司董事长、美国人才资源开发公司主任杨凯生女士和华技专才社副总裁陈雅琼女士分别讲授了美国文化、市场开发、推销艺术、社交与仪表、报告的起草和讲演等有关领导艺术方面的内容。研讨班期间,师生之间、学员之间进行了广泛的接触、交流,不仅传播了知识,而且增进了友谊,在改善领导者形象,提高企业家素质方面,作了很有意义的工作。
Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economic Management and Beijing Overseas Chinese Affairs Office jointly held a four-day Seminar on Leadership Art from November 10 to November 13. More than 30 large and medium-sized enterprises in Beijing factory director participated in the seminar. Ms. Yang Kaisheng, chairman of San Ai Company, director of American Talent Resource Development Corporation and Ms. Chen Yaqiong, vice president of Huatian Professionals Institute, respectively taught about leadership art such as American culture, market development, promotion of art, social networking and instrumentation, drafting and lecture of the report Aspects of the content. During the seminar, extensive contacts and exchanges between teachers and students and students not only spread knowledge, but also enhanced friendship.
