目的建立加速溶剂萃取(accelerated solvent extraction,ASE)-高效液相色谱法测定保和丸中橙皮苷含量的方法。方法利用ASE提取保和丸中橙皮苷,采用HPLC测定保和丸中橙皮苷的含量,选用Kinete x2.6μXB-C18 100A色谱柱(100 mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-7%醋酸溶液(37∶63),流速0.7 m L·min?1,柱温40℃,检测波长283 nm。结果橙皮苷在3.707~74.140μg·m L?1内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.33%,RSD为0.2%。结论该方法快速、准确,可用于保和丸中橙皮苷含量的测定。
Objective To establish an accelerated solvent extraction (ASE) - HPLC method for the determination of hesperidin in Baohe Pills. Methods The content of hesperidin in Baohe Pills was determined by HPLC with ASE. The content of hesperidin in Baohe Pills was determined by HPLC. Kinete x2.6μXB-C18 100A column (100 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) 7% acetic acid solution (37:63), flow rate 0.7 m L · min -1, column temperature 40 ℃, detection wavelength 283 nm. Results Hesperidin had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 3.707 ~ 74.140 μg · m L · 1, with an average recovery of 99.33% and a RSD of 0.2%. Conclusion The method is rapid and accurate and can be used for the determination of hesperidin in Baohe Pills.
