日前,中铁十二局一公司女工委总结出“三抓”促维权的经验。抓组织建设,畅通维权渠道。女工委在公司40个基层单位建立健全了女工委(小组),消除了女工工作空白点。建立子女工工作月报制度,开通了女工热线电话,并把每周一作为女工接待日,针对基层女工反映待岗工资低,且不能及时下发的问题,女工委积极为她们呼吁,引起领导重视,促使公司很快出台了《职工待岗工资实施办法》,规定待岗职工由公司统一管理,按月发放,受到职工好评。 抓法制宣传,强化维权意识。公司女工委通过“法制宣传月”、“女工维权周”、
