近年来对与计划免疫(简称计免)相关的5种急性传染病(麻疹、脊髓灰质炎、白喉、百日咳和流行性乙型脑炎)有计划推行免疫预防,使发病率和死亡率大幅度降低。本文从实施计免工作前后,对上述5种急性传染病的发病动态和疫苗合格接种率间关系、疫苗效力估算、免疫监测评价进行对比分析,结果报道如下。1 材料和方法1.1 材料来源5种与计免相关的急性传染病的发病率、疫苗合格接种率、免疫监测资料
