随着社会经济的发展,人们对统计信息的需求量越来越大。统计信息必须以全取胜,以优取胜,全而不优的信息有害无益,那种只计数量而不顾质量的做法将有损于统计部门的声誉。全面提高统计信息质量已是社会经济发展的必需,也是统计工作自身发展的需要。本文试就当前统计信息的现状、原因及对策谈一些看法。 一、对统计信息质量的基本认识 近几年来,统计信息质量问题日益引起了党政领导、社会各界乃至国际舆论的普遍关注。与此同时,各级统计机构和广大统计人员在维护原始数据准确性方面也做了大量工作,并且由于抓住了有利时机,在统计制度方法和统计调查体系等方面进行了一系列的改革,因而从总体上保障了宏观统计信息的可靠性,重要统计指标从未发生过趋势性差错。
With the development of society and economy, people have more and more demand for statistical information. Statistics must be all-encompassing, meritorious, and unhealthy. Information that is meager in quantity and disregarding quality will undermine the reputation of the statistics department. To comprehensively improve the quality of statistical information is necessary for social and economic development as well as for the development of statistical work itself. This article tries to talk about the current status of statistical information, the reasons and countermeasures. I. Basic understanding of the quality of statistical information In recent years, the issue of the quality of statistical information has aroused the widespread concern of the party and government leaders, all sectors of society, and even international public opinion. In the meantime, a great deal of work has been done on maintaining the accuracy of the original data at all levels of statistical agencies and statisticians. In addition, due to the favorable opportunity, a series of reforms have been carried out in the aspects of the statistical system and the statistical survey system, Therefore, the overall reliability of the macro statistical information is guaranteed, and the trend of the important statistical indicators has never occurred.
