青田文化会展中心安置房位于青田县城中心,周围环境复杂,考虑到场地工程地质条件、水文地质条件较差,基于安全可靠、经济合理、施工便利和保证工期的设计原则,对会展中心基坑围护结构进行了精心设计。围护体系侧压力计算根据朗肯土压力理论,按土层分布进行分层计算,围护结构根据国家有关规程进行设计,采用理正深基坑支护结构设计软件进行了基坑整体稳定分析。实践表明,所采用的基坑围护设计实现了安全、经济、便于施工的要求,可为同类工程提供了参考与借鉴。
