80年代中叶,我国就开始了对风险投资的探索。1985年,在中共中央《关于科学技术体制改革的决定》中,首次引用了“创业投资”的提法。同年9月,国务院批准成立了我国第一家风险投资公司——中国新技术创业投资公司。此后,又相继出现了中国高新技术有限公司等。据不完全统计,至1998年,全国各省市建立的各类从事科技风险投资的机构已达80多家。但是,这些机构在促进科技成果转化方面所做的贡献率仅为2.3％。总起来看,我国的风险投资活动在进行了十几年的探索后仍处在一个小规模、低水平的发展状
In the mid-1980s, our country began the exploration of venture capital. In 1985, for the first time, the reference to “venture capital” was quoted by the CPC Central Committee’s “Decision on the Reform of Science and Technology System.” In the same year in September, the State Council approved the establishment of China’s first venture capital firm - China New Technology Venture Capital Corporation. Since then, there have been China High-tech Co., Ltd. and so on. According to incomplete statistics, up to 1998, more than 80 institutions engaged in science and technology venture investment were established in various provinces and cities across the country. However, the contribution rate of these institutions in promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is only 2.3%. In summary, the venture capital activities in our country are still in a small-scale and low-level development after more than ten years of exploration
