“十二五”期间文化产业进入了其快速发展的时期。河北省文化产业建设虽然取得了可喜的成绩,但仍然存在不足。可以从政策支持、深入改革、资金投入、创文化产业精品、建立文化产业集群、加强文化产业人才培养等方面提升河北文化产业的核心竞争能力,将河北由文化资源大省建设成为文化产业强省。
During the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”, the cultural industry entered its rapid development period. Although the cultural industry in Hebei Province has made gratifying achievements, but there are still inadequacies. We can enhance the core competitiveness of Hebei’s cultural industries in terms of policy support, deepening reform, capital investment, creating a cultural industry boutique, establishing a cultural industry cluster and strengthening cultural industry personnel training, and transforming Hebei into a province with strong cultural resources .
