人民银行长沙分行监测的67户工业企业在长沙市处于举足轻重的地位。1995年末职工人数占全市工业企业职工总数的32.5％;工业总产值占全市2530家独立核算工业企业的24.49％;全年新增贷款占独立核算工业企业全部新增贷款的47.9％。其中有14家属市政府实施的15家“扶优扶强”企业之列。 在过去的一年里,这67户企业的11万多名职工,克服了“资金奇缺、债务沉重、购销价格倒挂、市场竞争激烈”等一系列困难,稳步发展生产,在减少40％的亏损额基础上,盈利2.23亿元,经营效益日趋好转。
The 67 industrial enterprises monitored by the People’s Bank Changsha Branch are playing a pivotal role in Changsha. At the end of 1995, the number of employees accounted for 32.5% of the total number of industrial employees in the city; the total industrial output value accounted for 24.49% of the city’s 2,530 independent accounting industrial enterprises; the new loans for the whole year accounted for 47.9% of all new loans for independent accounting industrial enterprises. Among them, 14 companies are among the 15 “better and stronger” companies implemented by the municipal government. In the past year, more than 110,000 employees of these 67 companies have overcome a series of difficulties such as “scarce funding, heavy debt, inversion of purchase and sales prices, and fierce market competition”. They have steadily developed their production and reduced their production by 40%. Based on the amount of losses, the profit was 223 million yuan, and the operating efficiency was getting better.
