“九五”将使航天科技工业迈向全新的发展阶段。1996年各级航天标准化部门应按照《总公司改革与发展纲要》的要求及第三次航天标准化工作会议精神,以“发展航天,加强民品,提高效益,走向世界”为指导思想,转变观念,走向市场,坚持标准化与型号研制相结合,实现标准化与国际接轨,努力做好航天标准化工作,为完成“九五”规划开好头,起好步。
The “Ninth Five-Year Plan” will move the aerospace science and technology industry to a new stage of development. In 1996, at all levels of aerospace standardization departments, in accordance with the requirements of the “Outline for the Reform and Development of Head Offices” and the spirit of the Third Aerospace Standardization Working Conference, the concept of “developing aerospace, strengthening civilian products, improving efficiency, and moving toward the world” should be adopted to change concepts. Going to the market, we adhered to the combination of standardization and model development to achieve standardization and international integration, and strive to do a good job in aerospace standardization. We should make a good start for the completion of the Ninth Five-Year Plan and take a good step.
