以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)为原料,采用反应性乳化剂进行预乳化处理,以达到细乳液聚合的粒径要求并提高单体转化率。文中主要研究了反应性乳化剂种类、用量及配比对单体细乳液粒径及稳定性的影响。结果表明:最佳的乳化剂种类为非离子乳化剂ER-10与十二烯基琥珀酸钠(DDSA)复配,相对单体用量为5wt%,非离子和阴离子乳化剂质量比为3∶1,通过高压均质机进行预乳化处理,处理压力和次数分别为100MPa和6次,此时得到稳定细乳液的粒径为202nm,有效保证了细乳液聚合体系的稳定性,且有机硅单体转化率高于90%。
With octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4) as raw material, the use of reactive emulsifier pre-emulsion treatment to meet the miniemulsion polymerization particle size requirements and improve the monomer conversion. In this paper, the effects of reactive emulsifier type, dosage and ratio on the particle size and stability of monomer miniemulsion were studied. The results showed that the best emulsifier was the mixture of nonionic emulsifier ER-10 and sodium dodecenyl succinate (DDSA), the amount of monomer was 5wt%, the mass ratio of nonionic to anionic emulsifier was 3: 1, pre-emulsified by high-pressure homogenizer, the processing pressure and the number of times were 100MPa and 6 times, at this time to obtain a stable fine emulsion particle size of 202nm, effectively ensuring the stability of the miniemulsion polymerization system, and the organic silicon single The body conversion rate is above 90%.
