科学、合理、安全的财务控制制度,是地勘单位可持续发展的根本保证。在全面预算管理模式下如何优化财务控制,提高财务管理水平是规避地勘单位在生存发展中风险以及帮助地勘单位在市场竞争中立于不败之地的重要保证。本文分析了全面预算管理下地勘单位财务控制制度建设的重要性和当前地勘单位财务控制存在的问题,针对存在的问题提出和合理的对策及措施。
Scientific, reasonable and safe financial control system is the fundamental guarantee for the sustainable development of geological exploration units. How to optimize the financial control and improve the financial management level in the overall budget management mode is an important guarantee to avoid the risks in the geological exploration and development units and to help the geological exploration units remain invincible in the market competition. This article analyzes the importance of the financial control system construction of geological prospecting units under the overall budget management and the problems existing in the financial control of the geological prospecting units, puts forward some reasonable countermeasures and measures for the existing problems.
