十八大以来,我国经济发展转入新常态,地勘单位事业编制企业化管理模式成为新趋势,“戴事业帽子,走企业化道路”是目前我国地勘单位的显著特点。走企业化路子必然面临复杂多变的市场环境,地勘单位正积极探索、尝试转型,在举办实体经济跨行业发展过程中取得一定成效。地勘单位体制改革不断加快步伐,新形势下在预算管理、费用支出、会计核算等财务管理方面出现一些新矛盾,面临一些新问题,解决这些棘手问题是地勘单位迎接挑战、健康发展的基本保证。本文结合自己工作实践,简要分析财务面临的问题,提出可行性解决办法。
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the economic development in our country has been transformed into a new normal. The establishment of an enterprise management model for geological exploration units has become a new trend. “Wearing a career hat and taking the road to enterprise” is a prominent feature of geological exploration units in our country. To take the road to enterprise is bound to face a complex and volatile market environment, geological exploration units are actively exploring, trying to transition, in the conduct of real economy cross-sectoral development has achieved some success. In the new situation, there are some new contradictions in the financial administration such as budget management, expenses and accounting, and some new problems, so solving these thorny problems is the basic for the geological exploration units to meet the challenge and develop healthily Guarantee. Based on my work practice, this article briefly analyzes the problems faced by finance and puts forward feasible solutions.
