偏头痛是神经内科常见病,在一般人群中本病的发病率约为5％。我们应用氟桂嗪合用泰必利治疗偏头痛46例,取得较满意的疗效,现报告如下:1 资料和方法1.1 一般资料:按神经病的诊断标准,选择1993年10月至1991年11月间门诊及住院的偏头痛患者92例。根据就诊的顺序,随机将病人分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组46例,其中男15例,女31例,年龄15—40岁,典型偏头痛21例,普通
