SDPR—2012—0330008鲁工商广规字[2012]8号各市工商局、市委宣传部、新闻办、外宣办、商务主管部门、公安局、监察局、纠风办、经信委、卫生局、文广新局、食药局,青岛市通信管理局,有关媒体单位:现将《关于治理虚假违法广告的规定》印发给你们,请结合本地本单位实际,认真贯彻执行。附件:关于治理虚假违法不良广告的规定二○一二年六月二十七日关于治理虚假违法广告的规定第一条为深入贯彻落实党的十七届六中全会精神,进一步规范广告宣传,加强广告市场管理,根据《中华人民共和国广告法》、《广告管理条例》等法律法规规定,制定本规定。第二条本规定适用于本省辖区内辖属的报纸、广播、电视、杂志、门户网站、户外、固定形式印刷品及新型传播媒体等大众传播媒介。
