目的 观察康宁胶囊联合谷胱甘肽治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效 .方法 对照组 79例用谷胱甘肽治疗 ,治疗组 93例用谷胱甘肽加用康宁胶囊治疗 ,通过肝功能指标及纤维化指标评价疗效 .结果 经 4～ 8周治疗后 ,治疗组及对照组肝功能指标及纤维化指标均有明显改善 ,但在部分指标上 ,治疗组优于对照组 .结论 康宁胶囊联合谷胱甘肽治疗慢性乙型肝炎有较好作用
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Corning Capsule combined with glutathione in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods The control group of 79 patients treated with glutathione, the treatment group of 93 patients treated with glutathione plus Corning capsule, liver function indicators and Fibrosis index to evaluate curative effect.Results After 4 to 8 weeks of treatment, the liver function index and fibrosis index of the treatment group and the control group were significantly improved, but in some indicators, the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion Corning capsule combined with the valley Treatment of chronic hepatitis B with glutathione has a good effect
