针对产品服务系统(Product Service System,PSS)方案评价的风险性和不确定性,提出结合累积前景理论的拓展TOPSIS方法对PSS设计方案进行评价。采用区间直觉模糊数获取并表达专家对候选方案的评价信息;将区间直觉模糊相对熵作为距离的度量,将决策矩阵转化为相对于参照点的损益决策矩阵,基于累积前景理论计算每个方案的指标综合前景值;以正理想前景值和负理想前景值为参考点,采用基于相对熵的TOPSIS方法对候选PSS方案进行排序,最后通过一个算例说明了该方法的可行性和有效性。
Aiming at the risk and uncertainty of product service system (PSS) scheme evaluation, this paper proposes an extended TOPSIS method to evaluate PSS design scheme based on cumulative foreground theory. The interval intuitionistic fuzzy number is used to obtain and express the evaluation information of the candidate. The interval intuitionistic fuzzy relative entropy is taken as the measure of distance, and the decision matrix is transformed into the profit and loss decision matrix relative to the reference point. Based on the accumulated foreground theory, Index composite foreground value. Using positive ideal foreground value and negative ideal foreground value as reference point, the PSPS schemes are sorted by TOPSIS based on relative entropy. Finally, an example is given to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed PSS scheme.
