目的：探讨Ｘ－刀治疗脑膜瘤的临床价值．方法：采用德困Ｌｅｉｂｉｎｇｅｒ－ＦｉｓｈｅｒＸ刀系统治疗脑膜瘤共７６例，资料完整并有影像学随访者６８例，肿瘤周边剂量平均 １３．３２Ｇｙ，视神经和视交叉最大剂量＜１０Ｇｙ～１３Ｇｙ，脑干最大剂量＜１２ Ｇｙ，均随访１年以上．结果：１１．８％肿瘤缩小，７９．４％无变化，８．８％增大，病灶局部控制率在１、２、３、４、５年分别为９４．１％、９２．７％、９２．７％、９２．７％和９１．２％．结论：Ｘ刀治疗脑膜瘤的局部控制率好，是脑膜瘤极有希望的重要治疗手段．
Objective: To explore the clinical value of X-knife in the treatment of meningioma. Methods: Totally 76 cases of meningioma were treated with Germanic Leibinger-Fisher X knife system. The data were complete and there were 68 cases with imaging follow-up. The average tumor peripheral dose was 13.32Gy, the maximum dose of optic nerve and optic chiasm was <10Gy ~ 13Gy, Dose <12 Gy, were followed up more than 1 year. Results: 11.8% of the tumors were reduced, 79.4% of them were unchanged and 8.8% of them were enlarged. The local control rate of lesions was 94.1%, 92.7% at 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 years respectively, 92.7%, 92.7% and 91.2%. Conclusion: X knife treatment of meningioma local control rate is very promising meningioma important treatment.
