20世纪90年代以来,全球风险投资对高技术产业的发展起到了重要推动作用。风险创业投资在我国也引起了广泛关注,并在实践中发挥日益重要的作用。为了更好地引导风险投资发展方向,加强政府与企业的合作与交流,使风险投资走上快速、健康发展的轨道,国家计委于4月19—20日在北京举办了“2002年中国风险投资论坛”,论坛由中国风险投资有限公司承办,分4个主题进行了广泛深入的讨论,来自政府部门、科技界、经济界的高层领导对风险投资发展的理论与实践做出了探索和分析;国内外专家则重点阐述风险投资的新思路和政策环境。本刊现将几篇发言摘录如下,以飨读者。
Since the 1990s, the global venture capital has played an important role in promoting the development of high-tech industries. Venture capital venture in our country has also caused widespread concern and play an increasingly important role in practice. In order to better guide the development direction of venture capital, strengthen the cooperation and exchange between the government and enterprises and make the venture investment on the track of rapid and healthy development, the State Development Planning Commission held “China Risk in 2002 from April 19 to 20, Investment Forum ”. The forum was hosted by China Venture Capital Co., Ltd. and conducted extensive and in-depth discussions on four topics.
