1989年7月13日至15日,中日联合制作的视听教材培训包验收会在北京举行。这次验收会是根据中央广播电视大学(甲方)与日本放送协会(乙方)签定的编制中央广播电视大学“视听教材培训包合同书”的有关规定由中方组织召开的。中方由国家教委电教司、中央电视台社教部、中央电教馆、北京师范大学、中国教育电视台、天津广播电视大学、北京广播电视大学和辽宁广播电视大学以及中央广播电视大学的二十二名专家学者参加了验收会,日本放送协会节目制作局主任副局长八重(木坚)克罗、日本放送协会教育节目中心高级制片人斋田宏应邀出席。中央广播电视大学副校长方和忠出席了会议,验收会由中央广播电视大学远距离教育研究室副主任丁新主持。
From July 13 to July 15, 1989, the accreditation of training packages for audio-visual teaching materials jointly produced by China and Japan took place in Beijing. The inspection and acceptance meeting is organized by the Chinese side based on the relevant provisions of the contract for the preparation of training package of audio visual materials by the Central Radio and Television University signed by the Central Radio and Television University (Party A) and the Japan Broadcasting Association (Party B). The Chinese side is composed of 22 experts from the State Education Commission, Department of Education, CCTV Social Welfare Department, China Central Television, Beijing Normal University, China Education Television, Tianjin Radio and Television University, Beijing Radio and Television University, Liaoning Radio and Television University and China Central Radio and Television University Scholars participated in the inspection meeting, Japan Broadcasting Association Program Production Bureau director Yaobu (Kennedy) Kro, Japan Broadcasting Association Educational Program Center senior producer Zaida Tian invited to attend. Fang Hezhong, vice president of the Central Radio and Television University attended the conference and the acceptance meeting was presided over by Ding Xin, deputy director of the Distance Education Research Center of the Central Radio and Television University.
