本文的研究目的在于指出,国家在以经济发展为导向的永续环境政策下,推动绿建筑方案时,采取以技术规范来标准化规划设计的方向中,专业者以绿建筑评估指标作为回应永续环境议题政策的策略有其局限,并论证其藉评估指标机制企图引领建筑规划设计思考所欠缺的开放性创新内涵;文末并提出技术规范之外,以“批判性地域主义”(Critical Regionalism)思维作为推动绿建筑其他选项的建议。
The purpose of this paper is to point out that in the direction of economic development-oriented sustainable environmental policy, the state adopts the standard of technical specifications to standardize the planning and design in the direction of promoting green building programs. Professionals respond with sustainable green building evaluation indicators The strategy of environmental issues and policies has its limitations, and argued that by means of evaluating indicators and mechanisms, it attempts to lead the open innovation connotation that is lacking in the thinking of architectural planning and design.
