运用有限元技术对混铁炉进行了热与结构耦合应力场分析研究。研究表明 ,炉壳结构的应力场主要是由炉体的温度场引起的 ,混铁炉内装载的铁水量对其炉壳应力场的影响很小 ,可以忽略。在混铁炉炉壳应力场中 ,炉身与炉底法兰连接处应力最大 ,且在接近上下垂直象限位的 45°范围内应力场明显高于水平象限位附近区域。研究还表明 ,砌炉时耐火砖间的预留间隙对炉体应力场影响很大 ,为了保证安全生产 ,在炉役检修重砌耐火炉衬时 ,一定要严格按相关技术要求执行 ,预留足够的间隙。
Finite Element Analysis (FEM) was used to analyze the coupled stress field between heat and structure in the mixed furnace. The research shows that the stress field of the furnace shell structure is mainly caused by the temperature field of the furnace body. The influence of the molten iron in the furnace on the stress field of the furnace shell is negligible.
