[目的]探索新疆鲜马奶粉抗疲劳作用。[方法]192只雄性SPF级昆明种小鼠被随机分为正常对照组、新疆鲜马奶粉高剂量组、新疆鲜马奶粉中剂量组、低剂量组,连续灌胃45 d后分别测定游泳时间、爬杆时间、血清尿素氮含量、血乳酸含量、血乳酸脱氢酶活力和肝糖原含量。[结果]新疆鲜马奶粉高剂量组小鼠游泳时间为(28.6±0.69)min,较正常对照组明显延长;新疆鲜马奶粉高剂量组爬杆时间为(36.8±0.12)min,较正常组明显延长。新疆鲜马奶粉高剂量组肝糖原含量为(28.24±3.36)mg/g,较正常对照组明显增加,血清尿素氮含量为(2.69±0.36)mmol/L,较正常对照组显著减少(P<0.05)。血清乳酸脱氢酶活力为(548.33±58.8)U/L,较正常对照组明显提高。血乳酸含量为(28.84±5.64)mmol/L,较正常组明显减少。[结论]新疆鲜马奶粉具有抗疲劳作用。
[Objective] To explore the anti-fatigue effect of Xinjiang fresh horse milk powder. [Method] A total of 192 male SPF Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal control group, Xinjiang high-horse milk powder high-dose group, Xinjiang fresh horse milk powder medium-dose group and low-dose group. After 45 days of continuous gavage, swimming time , Climbing time, serum urea nitrogen content, blood lactate content, blood lactate dehydrogenase activity and hepatic glycogen content. [Result] The swimming time of high-dose Xinjiang fresh horse milk powder group was (28.6 ± 0.69) min, which was significantly longer than that of normal control group. The climbing time of high-dose Xinjiang fresh horse milk powder group was (36.8 ± 0.12) min, Significantly longer. The content of hepatic glycogen in Xinjiang high-dose milk powder group was (28.24 ± 3.36) mg / g, which was significantly higher than that in normal control group (2.69 ± 0.36) mmol / L, which was significantly lower than that in normal control group <0.05). Serum lactate dehydrogenase activity (548.33 ± 58.8) U / L, compared with the normal control group was significantly increased. The blood lactate content was (28.84 ± 5.64) mmol / L, which was significantly lower than that of the normal group. [Conclusion] Xinjiang fresh horse milk powder has anti-fatigue effect.
