以本溪市马铃薯研究所保存的种质资源和自选品系为试验材料,进行茎尖剥离。通过添加不同种类、不同浓度激素,研究其对马铃薯茎尖培养成苗率的影响。结果表明,添加ZT处理的成苗率没有添加6-BA处理的成苗率高,6-BA和GA3浓度为0.5 mg/L的处理成苗率高于其他处理。适宜进行茎尖剥离的激素配比为MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.01 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L GA3。
Taking the germplasm resources and self-selected strains preserved by the Institute of Potato in Benxi as the experimental materials, the tips of the shoots were peeled off. By adding different kinds of different concentrations of hormones to study the potato shoot tip culture seedling rate. The results showed that the seedling emergence rate of ZT treatment without adding 6-BA was higher than that of other treatments when the concentration of 6-BA and GA3 was 0.5 mg / L. The suitable ratio of hormones for stripping stem tips was MS + 0.5 mg / L 6-BA + 0.01 mg / L NAA + 0.5 mg / L GA3.
